This PRIVACY POLICY (the “Privacy Policy”) tells you about how we, One Love Ventures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company DBA ThrivinU (“ThrivinU”), use and protect your personal information and applies to all Providers and consumers using our Website/Mobile App.  It applies generally to the referral services provided through our Website/Mobile App (“Referral Services”).  ThrivinU will be referred to throughout this Privacy Policy as “ThrivinU,” “we,” “us” or “our”.  By accepting the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use in registration, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy (and defined in Paragraph 1 below).  This Privacy Policy is effective immediately for all users of our Website/Mobile App.

In order to provide you with the best and most efficient service possible, we may collect some or all of the following personal information (“Personal Information”):  a) your name; b) e-mail address; c) password; d) telephone number; e) shipping/mailing address; f) financial information (such as credit card or bank account numbers); g) billing information; h) other personally identifiable information (such as height, weight, age, health conditions); and i) other information from your interaction with our Website/Mobile App.


  1.      Collection of Other Information.  In order to provide you with the best and most efficient service possible, we collect some or all of the following other information (“Other Information”):  a) browser information; b) information collected through cookies, pixel tags, web beacons and other technologies; c) demographic information and other information provided by you; d) aggregated information; e) information through interaction with our Website/Mobile App, our advertisements and other promotional content; f) your device IP address; g) date and time stamp information; h) your location; and i) other navigation and click-through information.  We may combine Other Information not always personally identifiable at the time of collection with Personal Information that may be used to identify you.


  1. Use of Information. The Personal Information and Other Information (collectively, “Information”) that we collect about you may be used by us and shared with third parties in any manner and for any purpose permitted by law. This may include disclosing, with or without remuneration, the Information that we collect to third parties for their marketing purposes. Once we provide your Information to a third-party for any reason, we cannot control it and are not responsible for that third parties use or disclosure of such Information. Examples of ways and with whom we may share the Information that we collect include: a) Providers; b) with third parties in connection with processing or fulfilling your requests or inquiries; c) with companies who may use such information for their own marketing purposes, including to contact you in order to offer you their products or services, or the products or services of other third parties; d) with companies who may resell, exchange or otherwise provide your information to other businesses for various marketing purposes, including to contact you with offers regarding third-party products or services; e) with call centers we have engaged to call you in response to your request for information about our products and services, including but not limited to all wellness products or services, and to promote or offer other products and services we think may be of interest to you; f) in response to government or regulatory agency requests, court orders, subpoenas, or as we otherwise believe to be required or permitted in connection with any applicable law, rule or regulation; g) as we believe necessary or desirable to protect our business, rights, safety, assets, or property, or those of you or a third-party, to limit our legal liability, to defend our interests or the interests of you or third-party, or to enforce our Terms of Use or other rules; and h) in connection with the consolidation, sale or other transaction related to our business.


  1. Your Options Regarding Our Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. You may opt out (i.e. unsubscribe) of certain data collection.  Personal Information collected may be shared immediately with third parties for direct marketing purposes, but you may opt out of further sharing by submitting a request to We will seek to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable.  Please note that if you do opt out of receiving marketing related messages from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, of which you may not opt out.  We will not be able to opt you out of third party marketing related emails of which your Information has already been released, therefore, you will need to contact those third parties directly and utilize their opt out mechanisms.  We will not be responsible or liable for any third party use of your Information.


  1. Updating Personal Information. If you would like to review, correct, update, suppress, delete or otherwise limit our use of your Personal Information on a going forward basis that has been previously provided to us, you may do so by contacting us at, and provide the name of the service for which information was provided, your full name, mailing address, phone number and email address so that we may identify you in the opt out process. For your protection, we will only implement such requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with a particular email address that you used to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. In your request, please make clear what information you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Information suppressed from our database, or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Information. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.  In some cases we may not be able to remove your Personal Information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.


  1. “Cookies”. A “cookie” is a small amount of data sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive.  Your browser must allow cookies in order for you to use our Website/Mobile App.  We use cookies to hold information, such as a login IDs, so that such information does not need to be re-entered each time the Website/Mobile App is utilized.  Cookies are also used to provide customized and personalized services, monitor our marketing campaigns, and gather information about your interactions with our Website/Mobile App.  In the event your browser rejects cookies, it will be nearly impossible to use websites or mobile applications that set and use cookies, including but not limited to our Website/Mobile App.  Cookies may also be set when you interact with advertisements or other content.  In the event you do not want to accept our cookies, you can adjust your internet browser to decline cookies; however, certain areas of our Website/Mobile App may not operate properly if you do not accept our cookies.

Tracking of Activity – Our Website/Mobile App. When you use our Referral Services, your activity is tracked on our Website/Mobile App.  Your Information is used to identify you in our system.  We also track your Internet Protocol (IP) address, domain name (if applicable), browser type, and various other items.  We use this information to administer our Website/Mobile App and to further improve our service to you.  We may also use your IP address to collect information regarding the frequency with which our guests visit various parts of our Website/Mobile App, and we may combine IP addresses with Personal Information.


  1. Privacy of Minors. Our Website/Mobile App is intended for persons eighteen (18) years or older.  In the event we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a person under the age of eighteen (18) years old (“Minor”), we will delete it.  If you become aware of any action on our part whereby we have collected Personal Information from a Minor, please contact us using the information set forth below.


  1. Applicability. This Privacy Policy only applies to our Website/Mobile App and does not apply to third-party websites or mobile applications you may link to from our Website/Mobile App or any third-party web pages or other online services that may be displayed on our Website/Mobile App. If you click on a link to a third party website or mobile application or supply them information, you are interacting with that third party and this Privacy Policy will not apply.  You should review the privacy policies of all third party websites or mobile applications you use, whether or not they are linked to our Website/Mobile App.  The inclusion of a link on our Website/Mobile App does not imply endorsement of such linked website or mobile application by us.


  1. Changes and Updates to Privacy Policy. We may change and update this Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you.  We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently.  All changes and updates to this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately.


  1. Intellectual Property. All logos, domain names, website content, mobile applications and other intellectual property that entail our products and Referral Services are our exclusive property. You will not copy, imitate, modify, alter, amend or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

We operate only in the United States of America and our Website/Mobile App is only intended for use whereby U.S. laws apply.  If you use our Website/Mobile App and are located outside of the U.S., you understand and acknowledge that you are subject to U.S. laws and the laws of the State of Arizona.


  1. Username, Passwords & Security. You will at all times maintain the confidentiality of your username and password (if any).  In the event there is a breach of security through your account, you must immediately change your password and also notify us at  YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST US IN THE EVENT THE SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT IS COMPROMISED.  FURTHER, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD US HARMLESS IN THE EVENT WE INCUR DAMAGES TO OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER FINANCIAL DAMAGES DUE TO A BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY.  You acknowledge that you are fully responsible and LIABLE for all interaction with OUR Website/Mobile App that occurs in connection with your username and password.  If you believe your Personal Information has been compromised, please contact us at the address in Paragraph 14 below.

  1. Indemnification. You agree to use our Website/Mobile App at your own risk.  By using our Website/Mobile App, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any and all claims, judgments, costs, expenses, or liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs arising out of any acts or omissions by us or you as a result of your use of our Website/Mobile App.


  1. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any portion of this Privacy Policy is in violation of any statute or public policy, then only the portions of this Privacy Policy which violate such statute or public policy shall be stricken.  All portions of this Privacy Policy which do not violate any statute or public policy shall continue in full force and effect.  Further, any court order striking any portion of this Privacy Policy shall modify the stricken terms to give as much effect as possible to the intentions of this Privacy Policy.


  1. Waiver of Jury Trial. In the event suit is brought about or an attorney is retained by any user of our Website/Mobile App pertaining to this Privacy Policy, the court and not a jury will hear such matter. You agree to waive any and all rights to a jury trial.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States of America.  Venue for any action will take place in state court, Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix, Arizona, regardless of any conflict of laws.  Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, solely at our election, we may move your case to any Federal District court in the State of Arizona or elect binding arbitration, consistent with our Terms of Use.  By using our Website/Mobile App, you agree to waive all rights to have any matter heard by any court other than as set forth in this paragraph, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix, Arizona, USA and the laws of the State of Arizona.
